What do I do if I forgot or never received my user name and/or password?
Your user name and password was set-up for you when you joined ATRA. If you forgot your password, please contact the ATRA Membership Department at 805-604-2000 or send us an email and we'll call you to get your account corrected.
How do I change my password?
Currently, our system doesn't allow the user to change their own password online. If you'd like to change your password, call the Membership department at 805-604-2000. We will make the change for you over the phone.
Why do I get returned to the Login screen after I enter my account and password?
If you are sent back to the login screen after entering your information, you will first need to double-check that the information you are entering is correct. If you are still not able to log on, it could be that you have the settings in your Internet Browser set to block "cookies". You will need to adjust your settings to allow cookies and this will most likely correct the problem.
Can I have a password setup for each of my staff members?
YES! We encourage you to have a separate login and password for each staff member of your shop. This will allow us to grant access to the website based on different security levels. Owners and managers have a different security level than a rebuilder or receptionist. Please call us at 805-604-2000 and we'll set up the passwords for your staff members.
