Speaker Criteria

The speaker must be a member of the Association in good standing.
The speaker must have seminar content and handouts approved by the Association’s staff.
A speaker who represents a commercial company within our shared industry must be a current advertiser in GEARS Magazine (defined as any company having placed at least one ad in GEARS in the previous calendar year).
The opportunity to speak at ATRA’s Powertrain EXPO is a supplier benefit, and as such, no speaker fee will be paid.
If the information sent to ATRA is approved, the speaker must have the necessary content delivered to ATRA by the specified deadline. If the material isn’t received by the deadline, the speaker will be dropped from this year’s program, and may be excluded from the following year as well.

Contract and material requirements must be received by the ATRA business office no later than March 1, 2008.
Handout material for the EXPO binder must be received by the ATRA business office no later than July 1, 2008.

The information provided by the speaker is to be technical or management in nature. No commercial material will be acceptable within a technical or management seminar. If commercial information is requested, your seminar will be considered a "Commercial Seminar".
